We currently deliver products across India, subject to serviceability of the customer's delivery address.

Shipping within India: FREE

There are no additional shipping charges for standard delivery on eligible orders.

Orders are generally processed and prepared for dispatch after the order is successfully placed.

Processing time may vary depending on product availability, order volume, holidays, or other operational circumstances.

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive shipping or tracking information through the contact details provided when placing your order.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier service available in your area.

Delivery may generally take approximately 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Remote or less-serviceable locations may require additional time.

The delivery timeframe is an estimate and is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Where tracking is available, we may provide a tracking number or tracking information after your order has been dispatched.

You can use the tracking information provided to monitor the status of your shipment.

If incorrect information results in a failed delivery, additional shipping charges, return-to-origin shipment, or other costs, the applicable resolution may depend on the circumstances and our return/refund policy.

7. Failed Delivery

If the courier attempts delivery but is unable to deliver the package due to reasons such as an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, incorrect contact information, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the shipment may be returned to us.

If you still require the product after a failed delivery, additional shipping or reshipping charges may apply where permitted.

8. Damaged Packages

If your package appears visibly damaged at the time of delivery, we recommend checking the contents as soon as possible and contacting us promptly if the product is damaged or missing.

Please retain the original packaging and provide photographs or videos if requested so that we can investigate the issue with the shipping partner.
