Return & Refund

At Vrushti Mart, we want you to receive your products in good condition. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise eligible product, you may request a return subject to the conditions below.

1. Return Request Time Limit

Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

Requests submitted after 24 hours may not be accepted.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and the required photos/video evidence.

2. Unboxing Video Required

For return requests, a clear, continuous unboxing video is required.

The video should:

Clearly show the unopened package before opening.
Show the package being opened.
Show the complete product and its condition.
Clearly show any damage, defect, missing item, or incorrect product received.

A proper unboxing video helps us verify the condition of the product at the time of delivery.

3. Product Condition for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

Be unused.
Be unwashed.
Be in its original condition.
Include the original packaging, accessories, tags, manuals, and other items supplied with the product, where applicable.
Not show signs of use, washing, alteration, damage, or misuse.

Products that have been used, washed, altered, damaged due to misuse, or returned without the required evidence may not be eligible for return.

4. Return Approval

All return requests are subject to review and approval by Vrushti Mart.

After receiving your return request and supporting evidence, we will review the information and determine whether the product qualifies for a return.

Submitting a return request does not automatically guarantee approval.

5. Refunds

If your return is approved and the returned product meets the applicable conditions, we will process the eligible refund.

The refund method and processing time may depend on the original payment method and the payment provider or banking institution.

Once a refund has been initiated by us, the time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

6. Replacement

Where applicable, Vrushti Mart may offer a replacement instead of a refund for eligible products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied.

Replacement availability is subject to product stock and other applicable conditions.

7. Non-Returnable Situations

A return may not be accepted if:

The return request is submitted after 24 hours of delivery.
A valid unboxing video is not provided when required.
The product has been used.
The product has been washed.
The product has been damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
The product has been altered or modified.
The product is missing original accessories or packaging where required.
The issue is caused by normal wear and tear.
The provided evidence does not sufficiently establish the reported issue.

8. Incorrect or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from the product you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Please provide your order number along with the required unboxing video and photographs so that we can investigate the issue.

9. Return Shipping

For approved returns, return shipping arrangements and costs will depend on the reason for the return and the circumstances of the case.

We will provide further instructions after reviewing your return request.

10. Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been processed, dispatched, or handed over to the shipping provider, cancellation may not be possible.

11. Policy Changes

Vrushti Mart reserves the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
